Rama Krishna MathRama Krishna Math is a monastical place setup by Swami Vivekananda in order to teach people to follow the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna who was a famous mystic of 19th Century hailed from India. His religious teachings led to formation of Ramakrishna Mission. There are several Ramakrishna Missions branches setup all over India by their followers and one at Hyderabad is known as Ramakrishna Math setup by Swami Vivekananda and headquarters of both Math and Mission are at Belur Math in West Bengal, India. As of now there are a total of 57 branches centers in India and abroad.

The Ramakrishna Math is registered as a Trust since 1901 and monks only handle the management of the Math with defined rules of procedure. The Math keeps a track record of all its accounts and chartered accountants annually audit them.

Ramakrishna Math Hyderabad was constructed in 1974. However due to smaller building, it was shifted to its present location at Domalguda, opposite to Indira Park. It provides languages training & Institute of Human Excellence. It also releases Telugu monthly magazine named as Ramakrishna Prabha.

Ramakrishna Math is open from 8.30 Am to 11.30 Am in the morning and 4.30 Pm to 7.30 Pm in the evening all days. You can find further details of them at www.rkmath.org. It has good connectivity with all the transport facilities available. If one wants to reach it by APRST then he should be reaching at Indira Park bus stop.
