It’s one of the churches of South India denomination. It was built in 1916 by British missionaries Rev. William Burgess and Benjamin Pratt.
The church is built in Neo Gothic structure architecture and has a wide nave. Previously known as Wesleyan Methodist Church, the Wesley Church offers services in English, Telugu and Tamil.

One can visit the church from 6 Am to 8 Pm throughout the week and the best time to visit the church is during the Christmas and Easter festival. On Sunday the prayer time is from 6 Am to 8 Am and 11 Am to 12 Pm in the morning hours and 6 Pm to 8 Pm during the evening hours in Telugu. Its open on all the days and has free entry to all.
